“SIKHS FOR JUSTICE” & AISSF TO LAUNCH “SIKH INSAAF LEHAR”
Against the attack on the Sikh traditions and philosphy supported by the Central and Punjab Governments since April 13, 1978, All India Sikh Students Federation (AISSF) president Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad and Sikhs for Justice have planned to launch a 'Sikh Insaaf Lehar' to highlight the “injustice done to Sikhs and the failure of the successive governments in protecting the interests of Sikhs and Sikhism from Anti-Sikh elements.”
‘Sikh Insaaf Lehar’ focusses on living and adopting the principles consistent with Sikh Doctrine and gettingrid of the evils like Derawaad, drugs and female foeticide.
Under the “Sikh Insaaf Lehar” on December 14th, 2009, “Insaaf March” would be organised from Gurdwara Alamgir Sahib to Village Lohara, where the 'bhog' ceremony of Bhai Darshan Singh, who died in recent Ludhiana violence will be held.

"WE ARE ASHAMED", SAYS PRANAB MUKHERJEE
DEMAND AND CALL UPON, THE PARLIAMENT, TO PASS A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE 1984 MASSACRE OF SIKHS AS “GENOCIDE”
SIKHS FOR JUSTICE – “INDIAN GOVERNMENT FINALLY ACCEPTED RESPONSIBILITY FOR 1984 SIKH MASSACRE AND CONTINUOUS DENIAL OF JUSTICE TO SIKHS”
Twenty five years after massacre of Sikhs in the streets of Delhi and 100 other Indian cities, continuous denial of responsibility and justice by the Congress (i) the ruling party in the center then and now, Pranab Mukherjee, its leader and member Lok Sabha finally admitted on the floor of the house, the guilt and responsibility of Congress (I) for the killings of Sikhs in November 1984 but still made yet another hollow promise to the victims of Sikh Massacre.
The most recent statement by Pranab Mukherjee in the Parliament clearly acknowledges Government and Congress responsibility for massacre of Sikhs in November 1984.
If the Government and the Congress is sincere in their efforts to bring the issue of massacre of Sikhs in November 1984 to its logical end, We
URGE, DEMAND AND CALL UPON, THE PARLIAMENT, TO
• Pass a resolution declaring the November 1984 killings of thousands of Sikhs as “Genocide”.
• Form a Parliamentary Committee to investigate the real scope and extent of November 1984 killings of Sikhs throughout India.

Court Date, December 01, 2009 :
Justifying its clean chit to former Union minister Jagdish Tytler , the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) cited statements of witnesses, including the eye-witness Surinder Singh, to claim there was nothing incriminating against the Congress leader to indict him.
Sikhs for Justice's Advocate Ms. Vrinda Grover stated that "Again rather than doing its duty, CBI is defending the guilty. She further stated that the CDs presented by the CBI are not reliable as they were given to CBI by Jagdish Tytler and there is no information about who made the CDs." The court put the matter for further proceedings.
Next Date of Hearing: February 10, 2010.
